The Bosch Infrared Thermometer UniversalTemp gun delivers accurate surface temperature measurements of everyday objects and appliances like freezers, ovens, windows, and pizza stones. The laser thermometer can also be used to check for defects in isolation around doors and windows, determine the consistency of floor heating, or to check the temperature of sand in a terrarium, as well as, a broad range of additional applications. Choose between three different emission values to receive more accurate results. The emission values are determined by material type and a leaflet included with the thermometer helps users choose the correct emission value for their application. The unit of measurement can be switched between F and C for more flexibility. An inverted backlit display shows easy to read results, as well as battery life, emission mode, and the previous measurement is taken for fast comparison.
