This Dremel MAX Tungsten Carbide Carving Bit is designed to be long lasting and resistant to wear. The bit is made from HSS (Hardened Steel) and coated with a layer of TIN (Titanium Nitride) at the tip for a harder surface coating which makes it more resistant to wear and ultimately providing longer life.
