Ours are made of food grade AISI 430 stainless steel (18/0, defined by American Iron and Steel Institute), which is NON-TOXIC, NON-ALLERGIC, thus more suitable for cookware.
2. Even heat distribution achieves the healthy non-stick purpose without toxic PFOA and PTFE coating. Enough cooking care is still required to achieve non-stick purpose.
ATTENTION
1. Prolonged exposure to acidic or basic substances may corrode stainless steel cookware; DO NOT store raw, marinating foods in the pan/pot.
2. To prevent sticking, heat the pan/pot until hot before adding the oil.
3. Heat at medium temperature is recommended.
