Plate sizes include 3” Bullseye Insulation, 3” Wagon Wheel Insulation, 2-⅜” Barbed Seam, and 2” Seam Plates to meet a variety of commercial roofing applications.
- TESTING: Ace Screws Fasteners and Plates are being continually tested with 3rd party independent testing facilities to ensure quality. Our 3” Wagon Wheel Plate has a pull test of 578 Ibf and after 120 hours, the average red rust is less than 0.25%.
- APPROVALS: Ace Screws 3" Wagon Wheel Plates are approved by many of the major material manufacturers to be utilized in full system warranties. Check with your material manufacturers before use.
- PREPARATION: Place the insulation plate over your approved insulation/cover boards. Attach the plates to the roof deck using the appropriate Ace Screw Fastener.
