| Cleaning, Care & Maintenance | BEFORE FIRST USE 1.Wash the pan in warm soapy water. 2.Boil water (half the pan) for 5- 10 minutes. 3.Pour out the water and wipe the surface. 4.Put 1-2 spoon of cooking oil on the surface. 5.Wash with clean water before next use. CARE OF USE 1. Caution Carote pans have uniform heat conduction. The highest heating level is only used for heating pan or water boiling. When cooking food, please adjust the heating level in time and use medium or small heating level to achieve the expected cooking quality. Heating an empty pan (dry burning) may cause damage to the non-stick coating. Please do not leave the pan heating unattended, especially if you are using an induction cooker. Otherwise the temperature may soon reach a critical point. 2.Cleaning Carote brand pans have good non-stick properties. When cleaning, please use hot water and detergent and clean with soft sponge or soft dishwashing brush. Under no circumstances should you use hard metal brush to clean the pan to avoid scratching or even completely damage the coating. If you need to clean stubborn stains, please add detergent and hot water to the pot, and then leave it for a while before cleaning to get a better effect. |
