Use and scope of application:

The TLB Torque Wrench is a meter indicator for torque measurement of threaded fasteners that can be arbitrarily tested over the range. Suitable for fastener torque testing with high precision requirements.

1. Before using, you must first adjust the zero position!

When using the right hand, rotate the knob above the dial counterclockwise to make the red follower pointer abut against the black active pin; rotate the case to make the follower pointer zero to the dial torque.

When using the left hand, turn the knob above the dial clockwise to make the red follower pointer abut against the black active pin; rotate the case so that the follower pointer points to the zero position of the dial torque line.

2. When using, apply the tightening force slowly and smoothly until the driven pointer is at the desired torque value.

3. After the force is stopped, the active pointer automatically returns to the zero position, the slave pointer still stays on the indicated scale value, and the torque value can be accurately read. Rotate the knob above the dial to return the slave pointer to zero for the next use.

Precautions:

1. Do not disassemble or knock at random, so as not to affect the accuracy of the product.

2. The outer ring of the dial is made of plastic parts to avoid contact with high temperature to avoid damage.

3. Do not use beyond the torque range.

4. This product can be used in both directions, but it is not allowed to loosen the fasteners to prevent the indication accuracy due to overload.

5. Every 5,000 times of use or one year of purchase, the inspection must be carried out.
