The Lumberjack Tools Home tenon cutters are ergonomically designed and feature a Radius Shoulder profile (low profile) that offers a more refined look. The tools are Safe, Fast And Easy to Use to use and the tenon cutter Works Like a Giant Pencil Sharpener. Build your own log beds, log railings, log fences, log tables, log chairs, log arbors, log benches And more! A 1/2" heavy duty drill is recommended for use (Specs: Pipe handle drill, single-speed, 450 RPM's or less). Tenon cutters are backed by Lumberjack Tools Lifetime . Home Tenon Cutters are die cast from automotive grade aluminum and feature dual blade technology to cut tenons quickly and efficiently. Accepts a log from 2-1/2" - 3-1/2" in diameter. How to Use

Drill a Mortise Hole

FORSTNER BIT & DRILL NOT INCLUDED

Using the forstner bit (Not Included), drill a female hole into the log required based on your blueprint plan (Not Included).

Cut the Tenon

Our log tenon cutters Work Like a Giant Pencil Sharpener. Using the tenon cutter provided in the kit and a 1/2", single-speed, high torque, low RPM drill, create a tenon on the end of a log quickly and easily.

Assemble

Take logs with the tenons on the end and assemble them with the logs with the mortise holes. It is that simple!
