Why did the door not unlock successfully after entering the code at the keypad?
After entering the password you need to click on the unlock pattern to unlock it.
Is this smart lock suitable for steel doors?
Not suitable, only for wooden doors
Is this front door smart lock with handle compatible with mortise lock door?
No. smart deadbolt and handle set is also not compatible with Integrated and rim cylinder. Only fits single cylinder.

Reset the door opening direction on the TTlock App. ( App Home Page - Setting - Door Opening Direction - Open to right/Open to left
