- Safe Connectivity - TOPENS ERM12 External Receiver effectively receives signals from TOPENS wireless access devices, such as remote control and keypad. It transmits signals to the gate opener, triggering the gate to open or close. With advanced TOPENS code technology, ERM12 establishes a reliable and secure link between the gate opener and remote control devices. In addition, the external receiver can be used to extend the operating range of TOPENS wireless control accessories.
- Pair up to 250 Remotes - Simple wire connection makes installation labor-saving. Just connect the ERM12 to the gate opener system. Program the M12 Remote Control (incl.) with ERM12 universal receiver, and then the M12 remote will make the gate operate between open-stop-close-stop-open. All TOPENS swing and sliding gate openers can be operated by the M12 remote. ERM12 rolling code external receiver can be programmed with up to 250 pcs TOPENS M12 remote control transmitters.
- Wide Compability - Works with all TOPENS gate openers, and is compatible with most third party gate opener or garage door opener whose control board accepts the "Normal Open Dry Contact" signal for the push button. It can be powered by the control board of the gate opener or by the external 9-24VDC power source. Kindly note that ERM12 receiver ONLY works with TOPENS wireless remote control accessories.

How to Ensure Clear Signal Transmission?
For clear signal transmission, please do not put the ERM12 in a metal box.
It is NOT suggested to use the external receiver at signal towers, electrical substations and confined spaces.
Some buildings or obstructions may affect the control range.
What Is the Maximum Length for Extending the Cable?
3C x 22AWG when the distance between the receiver and the gate opener control box is within 16 feet.
3C x 18AWG cable for 16 feet to 98 feet extension distance.
