CRL Z610GP Gold Plated Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Zinc Clamp for 3/8" Glass

The CRL Z-Series Square Type Radius Base Glass Clamp is engineered to securely hold 3/8" (10 mm) thick glass, making it an ideal choice for partitions, railings, windbreaks, and various other projects. Constructed from either zinc or stainless steel, these clamps offer excellent durability and aesthetic appeal. For securing the Z-Clamp to thin wall tubing (less than 1/8”), it is recommended to use CRL’s ZB0LT Socket Head Cap Bolt and ZRNUT Rivet-Nut. To install, drill a 17/32” (13.5 mm) hole and use the 34604 Heavy-Duty Thread Insert tool with the 34618 5/16” Mandrel and Nosepiece. For additional glass support, a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is necessary if using the included steel pin. This clamp is versatile, fitting square tubing or other flat surfaces, and is perfect for both interior and exterior applications. Stainless steel or powder-painted zinc options are available for enhanced durability in outdoor settings. Each package includes rubber gaskets (CRL Cat. No. Z38SG) and a steel pin with a grommet for optional use. For 1/4" (6 mm), 5/16" (8 mm), and 3/8" (10 mm) thick glass, a 1/2" (12 mm) hole is required, while 1/2" (12 mm) thick glass requires a 9/16" (14 mm) hole if using the steel pin.
