This pack of 12 Panduit PSL-HD3 padlock hasps is for use during maintenance and repair work of equipment with a power supply and can be used on disconnects, switches, and panel boxes. It is used for group lockout procedures involving multiple padlocks. It is made of zinc-plated steel for strength and resistance to corrosion. It has hinge latching for easy installation and has a 1 x 3" jaw clearance for attaching to the power source. This padlock hasp accommodates up to seven padlocks.
Lockout/tagout (LOTO) devices use color, warning labels or tags, and sometimes a physical barrier to help prevent machine operation or power activation during maintenance and repair. LOTO safety procedures require that lockout devices meet Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 1910.147(c)(5) standards for quality assurance.
