How long does the battery last？How to unlock Wi-Fi Smart Lock when the battery dies?
Roughly 8 months depending on usage(10 times unlock through keypad or app). You'll get a notification when the battery is low. If the battery dies, you can power it up via the port on the bottom of the exterior lock. (Includes 2 physical keys.)
What temperatures can the Smart Lock C220 handle?
The exterior assembly can handle temperatures within the range of -22℉ to 158℉ (-30℃ to 70℃). We do not recommend using the Smart Lock outside of these conditions.
Is Smart Lock C220 compatible with eufy ecosystem, Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter?
It works with eufy doorbell. However, It's NOT compatible with Apple HomeKit, IFTTT, or Matter yet.Neither does it work with eufy HomeBase or any wifi bridge.
Whats the requirement for installation?
