- NEEDED ACCESSORIES: To rout the lock case mortice, a router with an 80mm plunge and fitted with a 30mm guide bush is required, along with a suitable 12mm diameter cutter with an overall length of 115mm to achieve the maximum mortice depth of 70mm

The jig can be used on all doors from 34mm to 58mm thick and is easily set to the door using the centralising plate and altering the adjustable clamping bar. A set of 16 steel templates are supplied that cover a huge range of locks in common sizes from recognised manufacturers as well as many others.
