Q: How to choose barn door track size of single track bypass system?

A: Barn door track length = Your opening width +1FT. For example, if your opening is 4FT (48'') wide, you will need 4FT+1FT = 5FT（60''） long track, your each door needs to be 30'' wide, your opening will show 25'' wide when the door open.

Q: Can the single track bypass barn door hardware system let the opening show fully?

A: Yes, you can select a longer track, if each door is 30'' wide, you can choose 7.5FT track kit

Q: How confirm door width for the single track bypass system?

A: Because this is single track bypass, one track hang 2 doors, the wheel diameter is 2-5/8'' , so there are at least have 6'' overlap between 2 doors when your install the hanger close to the edge of door, usually it will have 8''-10'' overlap, so your each door width = Half width of opening + 5'' to 6''

Q: Can each door slide independently on the track?

A: No, the 2 doors slide on same track, so the 2 rollers will be hit together when one door slide to the end, maybe drive another door slide, if you have enough ceiling space above door for 9'', you can choice double track bypass system, please search ASIN number B06XPYZV8M from our store.

Q: Can the single track bypass use for four door also?

A: Yes, you can add 1 set straight hanger B01KH3OH4E and 1 set offset hanger B08L4GWTNP for the other 2 doors, please search the product number from our shop, just need to know that there have 8''-10'' overlap between 2 doors, so each door need 5''-6'' wider

Track: 2 pieces of 2.5ft rails, Pre-drilled 16" apart holes on track, make by solid 1/4" (6.3 mm) thick steel, with 8.8 grade high strength bearing capacity lag blots, fit for concrete wall and wooden wall

Track spacer: Provide 1-3/8'' length spacer, it can control the gap between the door and the wall, if you have the door trim on wall, you can change other length spacer, please tell us.

Door stopper: Prevent the door falling off from the track, it installed at the end of track 2 side, ensure the stability and safety, with the rubber plug, good damping effect and reduce the noise, have 2 screws to fasten stopper on track, you can put stopper on track where you want to stop your door, easy to remove if you want adjust

Floor guide: can prevent the door swinging back and forth or against the baseboard, let your door slide on same locus, fit for all thickness with grooved or ungrooved doors

Anti-jumper: can prevent door to be lifted off rail when the barn door slide, ensure the stability and safety

Tips:

1)The hardware kit is heavy, we suggest to install the track on the studs of the wall. The hardware kit can also be installed on the brick wall and wood wall. If the wall is drywall or sheetrock, and no studs in the wall, the installed track might descend, the kit will not work.

2)If there's thick trim/baseboard/deco on the wall, you may need install the headboard on the wall, then install the track on the headboard. If you can't sure that if the headboard is needed or not, please let us know, we will assist you.

3)The recommended door thickness is from 1-3/8" to 1-3/4", because the size of offset hanger is fixed, the door thickness can't more than 1-3/4". If door is thin, you may need to check the gap info below, to know the gap between door&wall, inside door&outside door.

A: 1. If you have a doorway trim; 2. If the studs don't line up with the pre-drilled holes in the rail
