If you notice a charge on your card that you don't recognise, there are several possible explanations. Before contacting us, please review your full order history through Your Orders.

Common Reasons for Unknown Charges

  • Order Split into Separate Deliveries: You may see smaller individual charges if your order was shipped in multiple packages. Check your Transactions for a full breakdown.
  • Subscription Renewals: If you have an active subscription, such as a membership or digital service, it may have automatically renewed.
  • Order Placed by Someone Else: Check if a family member, friend, or co-worker with access to your payment details placed an order.
  • Other Possible Scenarios:
    • Additional cards linked to the same bank account.
    • Gift orders placed and shipped to another address.
    • Recent digital purchases like eBooks, apps, or services.
    • Pending charges related to recently cancelled or modified orders (your bank may still show pre-authorised amounts).

What to Do If You Still Cannot Identify the Charge
