Verify Your Payment Method

At Secretgreen, your security is a top priority. Sometimes your bank or card issuer may require you to complete an extra verification step during checkout, such as a One-Time Password (OTP) or a 3D Secure (3DS) authentication.

Important: You must successfully complete the verification process before we can process and fulfill your order.

How Payment Verification Works

If your payment requires additional verification, you will either:

  • Be prompted during checkout to complete a secure authentication process, or
  • Receive an email from Secretgreen asking you to verify your payment method.

To Verify Your Payment:

  • Click the Verify button in the verification email, or visit Your Orders.
  • Locate the relevant order and click Verify next to it.
  • Follow the instructions to complete verification or update your payment method if needed.

During Checkout

When completing your checkout, your bank may redirect you securely within our website to complete verification. This process is fully encrypted and helps protect your payment information.

Common Verification Methods:

  • Entering a One-Time Password (OTP) sent by your bank via SMS, email, or mobile app.
  • Confirming the transaction through your banking app.

After verification, you will be redirected back to Secretgreen, and your order will be confirmed.

What If Verification Fails?

  • Recheck the OTP or authentication code and re-enter it carefully.
  • Ensure your phone number and email registered with your bank are correct and up to date.
  • Contact your bank directly if you continue facing issues.
  • Alternatively, update your payment method in Your Orders and try again.

Tips for a Smooth Verification Process

  • Keep your contact information up to date with your bank.
  • Use the latest version of your banking app.
  • Check your SMS inbox, email inbox, and spam folders for verification codes.
  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies if you face loading issues, or try using a different browser.

Important Notes

  • If verification is not completed in time, your order will be automatically cancelled.
  • To reorder, go to Your Orders and click Buy Again or place a new order from our website.
  • If you receive a payment verification request for an order you didn’t place, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
