Zero Tolerance Policy
To ensure a safe workplace, Secretgreen does not tolerate the following behaviors:
- Direct or indirect threats of harm, whether physical, emotional, or reputational.
- Verbal conduct that offends, humiliates, or intimidates based on personal characteristics, such as religion, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected traits — including repeated misgendering.
- Obscene, sexually explicit, or vulgar language or sounds.
- Attempts to contact Secretgreen employees through unauthorized methods, such as personal emails, phone numbers, or social media platforms.
Consequences of Inappropriate Conduct
Engaging in any of these prohibited behaviors may result in immediate action from Secretgreen, including but not limited to:
- Restricting or limiting your ability to communicate with our customer support team.
- Suspending or permanently closing your Secretgreen account.
We reserve the right to take appropriate measures necessary to protect our employees and ensure a safe and respectful environment for all.
