Items That Can't Be Returned

While Secretgreen proudly offers flexible return policies for most products — including supplements, garden tools, and toys — there are certain categories that, for safety, hygiene, or regulatory reasons, cannot be returned.

Important: If your item is non-returnable but is faulty or defective, you may still be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement under our Returning Faulty Items policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Products Not Eligible for Return

  • Digital Products:
    • Downloadable software or digital content
    • Accessed online subscriptions
    • Opened software packages or license keys
  • Hazardous Goods:
    • Aerosols
    • Flammable liquids, gases, or any classified dangerous goods
  • Gift Cards and Prepaid Cards:
    • Secretgreen Gift Cards (unless otherwise required by law)
    • Third-party prepaid gift cards
  • Health, Hygiene, and Consumables:
    • Opened or used pierced jewellery (e.g., earrings)
    • Medical and healthcare products with broken hygiene seals (e.g., Rapid Antigen Tests)
    • Opened supplements, vitamins, or medicines
    • Opened personal care or sexual wellness products
    • Opened food items, groceries, baby formula, alcohol
    • Opened pet food and pet treats
  • Undergarments:
    • Underwear (excluding bras)
  • Tampered Products:
    • Items missing serial numbers, barcodes (UPC codes), or security identifiers

Additional Information

  • This policy applies to products fulfilled directly by Secretgreen.
  • Non-returnable items are not eligible for change of mind returns.
  • Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
