At Secretgreen, we provide faster delivery options for eligible orders in select metro areas. If you place your order before the applicable cut-off time, you may qualify for Same Day or Express Delivery based on your location and item availability.
Where Same Day and Express Delivery Are Available
- Same Day Delivery: Available for eligible orders shipping to select postcodes in Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.
- Express Delivery: Available for eligible orders, delivered as fast as next day to qualifying postcodes in Metro Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth.
Important: To receive faster shipping, you must actively select the "Same Day Delivery" or "Express Delivery" option during checkout. Default selection may remain standard shipping unless manually updated at checkout.
Eligible Delivery Locations
- Residential (home) addresses located within eligible postcodes.
- Selected Parcel Locker pickup points (only available for Express and Same Day options in eligible areas like Sydney and Melbourne).
Note: Business addresses and standard Australia Post Office addresses are currently not eligible for Same Day or Express shipping services.
Important Points to Remember
- Only eligible products will show the Same Day or Express option at checkout.
- Parcel Locker deliveries are supported only for selected areas and will be indicated during checkout.
- Orders must be placed before the cut-off time (typically 12:00 PM local time) to qualify for Same Day or Express shipping services.
- Alternate pickup options, other than listed Parcel Lockers, are not eligible for these faster delivery speeds.
- Delivery speeds depend on carrier availability, your location, product size, weight, and stock status at the time of order.
