This page explains how return shipping works for orders fulfilled directly by Secretgreen Australia. Please note that Secretgreen’s return policies do not cover third-party sellers. If your product was sold and shipped by Secretgreen, the following guidelines apply.

Change of Mind Returns

For eligible returns under our Change of Mind Return Policy:

  • Return shipping is free for all approved items, including supplements, garden tools, fashion items, and toys, as long as return conditions are met.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and returned with original packaging, seals, labels, and documentation within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refer to our Returns Policy for detailed eligibility and product-specific rules.

Prepaid Return Labels

  • Secretgreen will provide a pre-paid return label for eligible Change of Mind returns, both for standard and oversized items.
  • No return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the item complies with return conditions.
  • Products marked “Free Returns” or "Eligible for Change of Mind returns within 30 Days of receipt" on the product page are automatically eligible for free return shipping.

Return Window and Required Documentation

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All product packaging, manuals, certificates, and seals must be intact and returned with the product.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that arrive in unsellable condition (damaged, missing parts, hygiene issues).

Exceptions to Free Return Shipping

  • Items listed on our Non-Returnable Items page are not eligible for Change of Mind returns.
  • If an item is not eligible for Free Returns and the total refund amount is less than $7 AUD, no refund or return will be processed, but no additional charges will apply either.

Important: Secretgreen fully covers the return shipping cost for all eligible Change of Mind returns. No $7 or $50 deduction applies — this policy overrides any prior models.

Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or significantly different from its description:

  • Secretgreen will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Within 30 Days of Delivery

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and issue details.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a free pickup for large items if needed.

After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed, you may still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us for eligibility review and support.

Prepaid and Self-Ship Options for Faulty Items

Prepaid Label Return

  • There are no shipping costs when using a Secretgreen-provided prepaid label for faulty or misdelivered products.
  • For large items, we can arrange a metro area pickup at no cost to you.

Self-Shipping (If Needed)

  • If you self-ship a faulty product, Secretgreen will automatically reimburse up to $17 AUD in shipping costs.
  • If your actual shipping expense exceeds $17 AUD, send us the receipt or invoice, and we will refund the full verified amount.
  • Important: You must contact us within 30 days after shipping to claim any additional reimbursement.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Never return an item without contacting Secretgreen support first.
  • Always include the return authorization form and use the prepaid label issued by our support team.
  • Eligibility for free returns or shipping reimbursement will be confirmed before issuing any refunds.
