About Replacements
At Secretgreen, we offer free replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or not as expected. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase — whether it’s supplements, garden tools, toys, or any of the products we offer.
Note: Replacements are not available for orders returned under our Change of Mind Return Policy.
How to Request a Replacement
For Orders Delivered Within the Last 30 Days
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos showing the issue.
- Once we review and approve your request, a free replacement shipment will be arranged.
For Orders Delivered Over 30 Days Ago
If it has been more than 30 days since your item was delivered, you may still have rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us directly so we can assess your case individually and offer an appropriate resolution.
Eligibility for Replacements
To qualify for a replacement:
- The item must have been shipped to an address in Australia or New Zealand.
- The product must have been sold and fulfilled directly by Secretgreen (not a third-party seller).
- The product must still be in stock at the time your replacement request is processed.
- In most cases, you will need to return the original item within 30 days of approval (unless otherwise specified).
Important Notes
- If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued instead of a replacement.
- If the original product is not returned within 30 days, your original payment method may be charged for the replacement.
- Some non-returnable products may still qualify for free replacement without requiring you to return the faulty item.
Third-Party Products
At this time, Secretgreen does not offer direct replacements for products purchased from third-party sellers. If you purchased from a third-party vendor, we encourage you to contact our support team for refund processing instead.
