At SecretGreen.com.au, we are committed to offering high-quality tools, home improvement products, and household essentials. While we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every order, we currently do not offer direct exchanges for any products purchased through our online store.

Returns and Refunds

We do accept returns under specific conditions.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following criteria:

  • Item(s) are in original condition

  • Unused, unassembled, and undamaged

  • In original packaging with all accessories and manuals (if applicable)

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Securely package the item(s) to prevent damage in transit.

  3. Ship the return to the address provided by our team.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following, unless the item is faulty or incorrect:

  • Used, installed, or assembled tools and equipment

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

  • Custom-built or specially ordered products

  • Opened power tools or items with missing parts/accessories

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

We will investigate the issue and offer a prompt resolution — including a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
