About Our Returns Policies

This page explains Secretgreen’s change of mind return policy for items purchased directly through Secretgreen.com.au. These policies apply to Secretgreen-fulfilled orders only. They do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), including your rights regarding faulty products.

Secretgreen Change of Mind Return Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. You can return most unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is completely free, and your original shipping charges are also fully refunded.

Important Note

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. Conditions for Change of Mind Returns

  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in resellable condition.
  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Security seals (where applicable) must remain intact.
  • Products must not be resized, altered, or tampered with.

2. Free Return Shipping

Secretgreen offers free prepaid return shipping for eligible change of mind returns:

  • We will email you a prepaid return label after your return request is approved.
  • No return fees or restocking charges apply.
  • Your full item price and any original shipping fees will be refunded once the return is processed.

3. Special Return Conditions by Product Category

a) Baby & Maternity Products

Unopened and unused baby items are eligible for return within 30 days. Items like breast pumps must remain factory sealed.

b) Supplements & Nutrition

For hygiene reasons, opened supplements or consumables cannot be returned. Sealed, unused items may be returned within 30 days.

c) Clothing, Accessories & Apparel

Unworn and undamaged clothing items can be returned even if opened, provided all original tags are intact.

d) Electronics, Toys & Gadgets

Electronic items must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories. No restocking fees apply.

e) Non-returnable Items

  • Opened consumables (food, supplements)
  • Gift cards and vouchers
  • Hazardous goods (flammable liquids, aerosols, etc.)

4. Erasing Personal Data Before Returning

If you return a smart device (e.g., trackers, smart garden gadgets), please:

  • Erase all personal data.
  • Log out of any linked apps or accounts.

Secretgreen is not responsible for any data left on returned devices.

5. International Returns

Currently, Secretgreen does not offer change of mind returns for international orders (outside Australia).
