If you received an item from Secretgreen as a gift — whether a supplement, gardening tool, toy, or accessory — and would like to return it, we make the process easy. Gift recipients can return eligible items even if they were not the original purchaser.
Eligibility for Gift Returns
You can return a gifted item if the following conditions are met:
- The product was fulfilled by Secretgreen Australia.
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition.
- The product is not listed on our non-returnable items page.
All gift returns are handled according to our Returns Policy and Return Shipping guidelines.
How to Return a Gift (Without a Gift Receipt)
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [email protected] and mention that you would like to return a gifted item. If you do not have a Secretgreen account yet, we will assist you in setting one up.
- Provide Details: Share as much information as possible to help us locate the order, such as:
- Order ID (if available from the packing slip)
- Gift sender’s name, email address, or phone number
- A description of the item you wish to return
- Return Instructions: Once we locate the order, we will provide a pre-paid return label or digital drop-off code along with detailed instructions.
- Prepare and Ship: Carefully package the item and drop it off at an eligible Australia Post location or arrange a pickup if available in your area.
- Receive Your Refund: After we receive and verify the return, your refund will be issued as a Secretgreen Gift Card, credited to your Secretgreen account.
Additional Information
- Gift returns are refunded as Secretgreen gift card balances — not as cash or back to original payment methods.
- Original shipping charges are only refunded if the return is due to a product fault or an error on our part.
- If a gifted item cannot be located based on the provided details, we may request you to contact the original purchaser for additional assistance.
- For privacy reasons, we are unable to disclose any order or personal information about the gift sender.
- For electronics or items that may contain personal data (e.g., smart devices, cameras), please ensure you erase all saved data before returning the item.
- Each returned item must have its own individual return label or code — please do not combine multiple orders into a single package.
