About Delivery of Large Items
Large & Bulky Item Delivery
At Secretgreen, we offer a curated selection of large, heavy, or oversized products (referred to as "Large Items"). Due to their size and handling needs, special delivery arrangements may apply depending on your location and the courier partner involved.
Delivery Options for Large Items
There are two primary delivery methods available for Large Items fulfilled by Secretgreen:
- Scheduled Delivery – Available for eligible metro areas where a delivery window can be arranged with you in advance.
- Standard Delivery – Available for most other areas, where items are delivered without prior scheduling at the door.
Important: Delivery options may vary by postcode. Please enter your delivery postcode on the product page or at checkout to verify eligibility and available delivery methods.
Scheduled Delivery (Where Available)
If Scheduled Delivery is offered for your address:
- After placing your order, you'll be given an initial 12-hour delivery window.
- Within 24 hours of the delivery date, our logistics partner will contact you via SMS or phone call to refine this to a 3-hour delivery window for your convenience.
- Note: Scheduled Delivery is not available for PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Standard Delivery for Large Items
If Scheduled Delivery is unavailable for your area, Large Items will be shipped via standard freight services:
- Delivery will typically be made to your door or a secure location if no one is present.
- If delivery cannot be completed (e.g., due to size/access issues), re-delivery will be attempted up to three times before the item is returned for a refund.
- Please ensure the item fits through doorways, stairs, or lifts. Always check product dimensions before placing your order.
Note: Standard delivery does not include installation, packaging removal, or disposal of old items.
Products Shipped by Third-Party Suppliers
Some Large Items listed on Secretgreen may be fulfilled and delivered directly by third-party suppliers:
- Delivery is usually to your door and may require someone to be available to accept the parcel.
- Check the product page for seller-specific shipping policies.
- High-value deliveries may require photo ID verification upon receipt.
Returns for Large Items
Large Items fulfilled by Secretgreen follow our Returns and Refunds Policy. To request a return:
- Go to "My Orders" and follow the return prompts.
- Once approved, you will receive a return label and pickup instructions for the Large Item.
Important Delivery Notes
- Delivery availability for Large Items may be restricted based on postcode, item weight, or package dimensions.
- We strongly recommend measuring doorways, hallways, and access points prior to ordering large or heavy products.
