Tracking Your Package

Tracking your Secretgreen order from dispatch to delivery is simple and convenient. Here are the ways you can monitor your shipment status.

How to Track Your Order

  • Log in to your Secretgreen account and navigate to "Your Orders" to view your tracking link and estimated delivery details.
  • Check your email — once your order ships, we’ll send a dispatch confirmation containing the tracking link, courier details, and expected delivery window.
  • If you cannot locate your tracking information, simply email us at [email protected], and we’ll happily resend it.

Track Directly via the Courier

After receiving your tracking number, you can track your package directly through the carrier’s website:

Multiple Items or Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple products (such as supplements, tools, toys, or larger items), they may ship separately. Each package will have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.

Package Still Not Delivered?

  • If your estimated delivery date has passed and the tracking has not updated, allow an extra 1–2 business days as there may manipulated occasional courier delays (especially during busy seasons or due to weather events).
  • If the tracking shows your package as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please visit our Find a Missing Item from Your Package page for next steps.

No Tracking Information?

If there is no tracking information in your confirmation email or in your dashboard, it may be because of:

  • A carrier delay in scanning and updating tracking records.
  • A slight technical delay syncing tracking data to your Secretgreen account.
