- The Santoku full-tang blade runs the length of the handle, tempered high carbon stainless steel that is Flat Ground for precision and then hand-sharpened and finished for a razor-sharp edge

- Hand-wash your cleaver with warm soapy water, dishwasher not recommended. Wood handles need mineral oil applied periodically to prevent drying out
