Find a Missing Package That Shows as Delivered
If your Secretgreen order is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, here are the steps you can take to locate your package and get assistance.
1. Check for Multiple Shipments
If your order contained multiple items, they may have been shipped separately. Here’s what to do:
- Log in to your Secretgreen account and go to "Your Orders."
- Select Track Package for each shipment listed under your order number.
- Check if the missing item is still in transit on a separate shipment.
2. For Single-Item Orders
If you ordered only one item and have not received it:
- Double-check the shipping address in your "Your Orders" section to ensure it is correct.
- Look around your delivery area (front porch, garage, mailbox, reception desk, or building lobby).
- Check if a delivery card or notice was left by the courier.
- Ask neighbors, building managers, or household members if they accepted the package on your behalf.
- Allow an additional 48 hours — sometimes packages marked as "delivered" arrive slightly later due to internal courier processes.
3. Still Can't Find It?
If you’ve checked everything and the package is still missing:

- Include your order number and tracking ID for faster assistance.
Note: If your item was sold and shipped by a third-party seller (rare on Secretgreen), we may refer you to the seller for additional support. If you’re unsure whether your item was third-party fulfilled, we can help verify this for you.
4. Why Contact the Carrier Directly?
Once you have your tracking ID, you can also contact the delivery carrier directly. They may be able to:
- Confirm the exact delivery location and time.
- Provide proof of delivery (sometimes including a photo showing where the package was left).
