Return Options Available
During the return request process, Secretgreen will provide you with one of the following:
- A pre-paid return label to print and attach to your package.
- A no-label digital drop-off code (QR code) that can be scanned at the post office using your mobile device.
Where You Can Drop Off Your Return
Supported drop-off options include:
- Post Office: (Supports both label and no-label drop-offs)
- Parcel Locker: (Requires printed label; no-label drop-off not supported)
- Red Street Posting Box: (Requires printed label; no-label drop-off not supported)
Steps to Drop Off Your Package
- After starting your return, you will receive a return label or QR code from Secretgreen.
- Use the Australia Post Drop-Off Locator (we will provide the link) to find your nearest location using your postcode.
- Ensure your package meets Australia Post’s size and weight limits:
- Maximum Weight: 22 kg
- Maximum Dimensions: 105 cm (Length) × 105 cm (Width) × 105 cm (Height)
- Maximum Volume: 250,000 cubic cm
If You Have a Printed Label:
- Print and securely attach the label to the package.
- Drop the parcel off at a post office, parcel locker, or red street posting box.
- Ensure the barcode is visible for scanning.
If You Have a No-Label Drop-Off Code:
- No printing is needed. Show your digital code at the post office counter using your smartphone.
- Note: The code activates 30 minutes after generation. Early arrival may cause scanning errors.
After Dropping Off Your Return
- At Post Offices: You’ll receive a receipt as proof of return — keep this until your refund is processed.
- At Parcel Lockers or Red Posting Boxes: No receipt is issued; tracking updates will be sent once the item is scanned into the system.
- Secretgreen will email you once Australia Post confirms your return has been processed.
In Case of Barcode or Code Issues
- If the return label barcode or QR code does not scan, Australia Post staff can manually enter the tracking number.
- If a label becomes unreadable, you may need to reprint it before attempting to return again.
