  • Check Stock Availability: Confirm whether the item you ordered is marked as "In Stock," "Pre-Order," or "Temporarily Unavailable."

Tip: If we detect potential delays, Secretgreen may automatically upgrade your shipping method at no additional cost to help ensure timely delivery.

Estimated Delivery Date Keeps Changing?

If your order status shows "Shipping Soon" for an extended period or if your estimated delivery date keeps shifting, check the following:

  • Address Verification: Double-check your shipping address. Incomplete addresses may cause system errors and delay dispatch.
  • Delivery Restrictions: Some large items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or Pickup Locations.

If you placed an order but didn’t receive an estimated delivery date in your confirmation email, it could be due to:
